A Jongular (Jongleur) was a professional storyteller or public entertainer in medieval France. (Although "professional" would be a very loose term. Just a bit above a beggar and vagrant.) The role of the jongleur included that of musician, juggler, and acrobat, as well as reciter of literary works. A catch-all phase for the low performers of the age. One of Jeff’s magician characters is Jeffery the Jongular.

Got the results back from my stress test today and things look good. So all things are go for surgery on Friday. Spent a nice quiet evening out with Karen. Peace.
